Paris Apartment Overview

Are you planning a trip to the city of light?  This cozy one bedroom flat in the Monceau neighborhood of Paris is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple.  Despite being located on the first floor, there were several extra features that made me feel incredibly safe.  There were pieces of frosted glass to block the windows looking out to the street so that passersby couldn't see in.  There were also several doors that required keys in order to get into the building.

Arrival

Getting to the apartment was very easy. Sandy was easy to communicate with and the contactless check-in was a breeze.

The Apartment

The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, well-decorated and updated, and in a cute neighborhood. There is plenty of space with a comfortable bed, new bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home.

Just a few blocks away, there's a farmer's market on the weekends, and if you go around the corner, you'll have some of the best pastries at Boulangerie Bacillus.

Takeaway

If you’re looking for an affordable updated home in a safe neighborhood that’s also within walking distance to a metro for quick access to the main sites…this is for you.

What to Do in Paris

Hands down, if you're heading to Paris, you MUST book this incredible croissant class at Maison Fleuret.   I had such an incredible experience learning not only how to make a delectable croissant, but also pain au chocolat - my favorite!  Run, don't walk, to this incredible class.  You can book it here
